A. What is the difference between the Standard range and the Supreme Range?

The Supreme range is manufactured with superior quality timber; it features a 3’ door (where possible).  It has thicker and extra framing.  It comes with a door handle, door head drip and fluted fascias and has extra height to the eaves. This building can be customised to suit your needs.

A. What colour will my building be finished in?

Your building will be fully dip-treated in Red Cedar

A. When should I re-treat my building?

We recommend that you re-treat your building within 3 months of fitting with a good wood preservative.

A. What do I need for the base of my building?

We recommend that you lay a flat and level concrete or slab base.  Please allow 12” all around the building to allow for the roof overhang and the fitters to be able to fit the building.

 A. What about my access?

In most cases our buildings need 8’ (2.43m) clearance to allow all sections to be delivered.  You should consider tops on gates, pergolas, archways, garages and any tight corners.

A. Can I have opening windows on my Regent, Bromley and Elmhurst summerhouse?

Unfortunately, due to the shape of these windows we are unable to provide these buildings with opening arch-top windows.

A. Can I fit the building myself?

All our buildings are available with fitting instructions if you would like to fit your own building.

A. Is it possible to see your buildings on display?

If you would like to contact us we will inform you of your nearest agent with buildings on display.

A. How do I buy one of your buildings?

You can either purchase our buildings through our on-line shop or through one of our agents.

A. Can I request a delivery date and time?

We can pass your requested date to our planning department, however it is only a request and cannot be guaranteed.  Our deliveries are classed as all day, between the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm.  However, we can ask the driver to contact you up to two hours before the estimated delivery time.

A. Can I request a weekend delivery?

UK Garden Buildings do not deliver at weekends.
